Danilo Iacone aka Akyra was born in Naples (IT) in 1989, actually living in Rome (IT). The musical approach has been favored by his maternal grandfather that comed from a musician family. At 10 he springs guitar and a little bit of piano. Interested by DJing world at 14 he started to discover funk/disco and house music. Musical maturity comes with time, as well as the attachment to his vinyls and needles. His selection and own tracks comes in Chicago, Garage and UK House keys, with lot of influences from Disco, Funk and Hip-Hop. His DJ career gave him lot of opportunities to play with huge artists like Kenny Dope Gonzales, Loco Dice, Luca Agnelli, Alex Neri and more. Growth in clubs has fostered a great relationship of interaction with the dancefloor and clubber feeings. With humility and love for his passion, he receives the esteem of the great personalities of the Italian and International scene. The growing experience as a producer sees him currently active on labels like Trend Records, Beagle Traxx, Wound Music, Tres14 Music and more.
